This policy explains how Crypto Robotics collects, stores, and uses information related to your account, referral activity, premium subscriptions, and token utilities. We collect only the data required to operate the Services and never sell personal information.

2. Data We Collect

• Account details: email address, hashed password, optional display name, and optional wallet address linked to referral eligibility.
• Referral + subscription records: affiliate codes, referral performance metrics, NOWPayments invoice IDs, payment status, cadence selections, and renewal preferences.
• Support & analytics data: messages you send to support, limited error logs, page telemetry, and server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security monitoring.

3. How We Use Data

We process the data above to:

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions via httpOnly cookies.
• Confirm referral eligibility, attribute commissions, and display dashboard metrics.
• Create, manage, and fulfil premium signal subscriptions, including communicating invoice status.
• Operate the investment simulator, token dashboards, and forthcoming staking utilities.
• Respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and detect abuse.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and remember navigation preferences. We currently do not run third-party advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. If future analytics are introduced, opt-out details will appear here.

5. Third-Party Processors

• Hosting & infrastructure: cloud providers and content delivery networks that host our web servers and databases.
• NOWPayments: processes crypto subscription invoices and provides payment status updates. Invoice payloads include order IDs, plan codes, amounts, and settlement status.
• Communication tools: email providers used for transactional notices (for example, password resets or referral alerts).

These partners are engaged under contracts that limit data use to service delivery.

6. Storage & Retention

Data is stored in encrypted databases with role-based access controls. Subscription and referral records are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to comply with audit and anti-fraud requirements. Server logs are typically retained for up to 180 days unless required longer for security investigations.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption, salted password hashing, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords, enable browser protections, and contact us immediately if you suspect account compromise.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@crypto-robotics.com. We may need to retain certain information for legal or security reasons. If you delete your account, subscription history and referral payout records may persist in aggregated, de-identified form.

9. International Transfers

Servers and processors may be located outside your country. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to this policy.

10. Updates

We will revise this policy as new features (for example, staking or expanded analytics) go live. Changes take effect when posted with a refreshed “Last updated” date.
